What do you want from Who Needs the Sea?

I'm very concious of the fact that each of the different areas in which 4iP has a commissioner presence has different needs. 38Minutes has achieved wonderous things in bringing together the digital media communities in Northern Ireland and Scotland and has been a real winner at encouraging conversation between people who perhaps would not have connected without the site. However, here in the West Midlands there is a well developed blogging scene and a multitude of conversations taking place all the time.

So, the function that 38 Minutes provides in Scotland and Northern Ireland may not be quite right for us here on Who Needs the Sea. But what would be useful? Let me know what would work for you, and what doesn't work currently.

What type of things would you be interested in hearing about from the commissioners? It's hard to talk about projects that are at a commerically sensitive stage but as we move forward and get projects up and running and out there this will become much less of an issue.

How about regular updates on successful 4ip projects? Maybe unsuccessful too if the people who made the submissions agree.
Also perhaps some more regular updates from 4IP commissioners - both regional and national.
