What do you want from Who Needs the Sea?

I'm very concious of the fact that each of the different areas in which 4iP has a commissioner presence has different needs. 38Minutes has achieved wonderous things in bringing together the digital media communities in Northern Ireland and Scotland and has been a real winner at encouraging conversation between people who perhaps would not have connected without the site.
